Here are the next steps:
Consultation
During your consultation we will decide together if BHRT is right for you. This is a great time to ask questions and explore your options. There is a consultation fee that will go towards your onboarding appointment if you decide to proceed with treatment. Consultation fees are nonrefundable and must be paid prior to your appointment. Consultations are not mandatory. Some patients will start with their first onboarding appointment.
Onboarding Appointment
The onboarding appointment is used to get you established as a patient. During this appointment we will complete your initial assessment and evaluation, discuss your goals, draw your initial bloodwork, and create your individualized oral supplement bundle. You will start the recommended oral supplements right away. You will also receive your onboarding folder full of information and education.
Please come prepared with a copy of your most recent bloodwork, mammogram, Pap smear, DEXA scan (females only), any recent imaging, and a list of current medications. We will not be able to onboard you without this vital information.
Second Appointment
This is when the magic happens. About two week safter your onboarding appointment, we will see you back to review lab results and prescribe HRT or peptides based on your needs. This can also be done virtually for your convenience.
Maintenance Appointments
Maintenance appointments happen about every 3 months. During this time we will reassess symptoms, adjust (if necessary) and refill prescriptions, and redraw blood. We will also resupply all oral supplements.
