Cancellation Policy

To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, the following cancellation policy is in effect for both in person and Telehealth appointments:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• No-shows, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
• This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file or due before booking any future appointments.
